Title: Wiki article: Folder locks

Added a Wiki article describing a way to turn off UpdateMedia scanning of the certain folder: Folder lock (http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Folder_lock), also with a redirect from Prevent UpdateMedia from scanning certain folder (http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Prevent_UpdateMedia_from_scanning_certain_folder)
