Title: USA - Best Tuner Card

I need to get the best tuner card for my current LMCE setup. I have been using a Wintv-PVR-150 for a while and it does not output the video as well as the TV directly connected to the cable box. I just want to make sure that I am getting the best picture quality captured available to the US users.

Any Suggestions?

HDHomeRun and digital broadcast is the best option.
