Title: Crappy picture on LiveTV
Post by: eddy67 on September 18, 2007, 12:03:58 pm
Hi!

I finally got my TerraTec Cinergy 1200 (DVB-C) to "work" but I´m having real problems of getting a good picture.

When I start TV I get the myth-status-bar i good quality, but as soon I get picture from the stream the status-bar gets all pixelated, and the video is in really bad quality.

To get the card working I had to install the latest v4l-drivers. I also installed the latest nVidia drivers but no change...

What could be wrong?

//Peter

Have you been able to solve this issue? I am on the brink of buying one of these cards...

Regards,

Martin

 Try changing the parameters in mythtv configuration try to use Xvmc or xv and see if you get any changes. You can also try different deinterlacing methods.

Hope this helps,
