Title: elk-m1g support

One thing I would love to see, and I didn't see it in the compatibility list,
is support for the elk-m1g.

I currently have one of these for security, locks, lighting etc and would love to go the extra step with LinuxMCE to integrate the rest of my AV throughout the house with my elk.

Thoughts?

I suspect that easiest way to do it is implement an interface using Generic Serial Device (GSD). You can see NOEMON-CANBus as example. It you have a specification of elk-m1g protocol and its commands it's easily to do. Have a look those wiki pages:
