Title: Subtitles

where can i put subtitles for video files?
all the .sub or .srt files

i know vlan can play the video and add subtitles to it i dont know how to do it in xine

xine should take your .sub or .srt files if they are in the same directory with the video files, but the name of the .sub file has to be the same as the video file's name.

all files as the same name,thats is a what vlan needs also
 but no subtitles on xine

maybe its some other setting anyone knows?

after reading a lot of xine info i found something about the comand line for xine to read subtitles

anyone knows where that script is on pluto so i can check if its using subtitles as a option?
