Title: upgrade?

I am new and I see people are running .44.  I am still on .43 how do I upgrade?  I tried apt-get upgrade and it fails conection to www.yttron.as.ro.

the .44 iso from our ftp was not a public release, testing purpose only.
we're still testing it
