Title: Power outlets
Post by: brononius on August 23, 2011, 05:47:34 pm
Hey,

I can find in linuxMCE a place where i can put all my lights.
But is there a specific place to add my 'power outlets'?

In my situation, i've put all my outlets behind a relay. The idea behind this is to safe power. Fe
So i want to create some scenario's where i can shut down my house with a specific button, from remote...
Is the idea that i put this is a light, or am i missing something?

Thanks!

All home automation based stuff, lighting, blinds, switched outputs, end up in the lighting section of LinuxMCE. The only home automation stuff that'll probably not end up in the lighting part is climate oriented stuff.

OK, i'll put it in there then....

Maybe for a future release this name (lighting section) can/should change?
Since home automation doesn't end with the lights (any more)...  ::)

Let's start with the suggestions, and then the icons... ;)

I've started a new topic, since i see it bigger then just power outlets.  :-[
