I have a sipgate connection, but calls are disconnecting on both inbound and outbound.
Have called sipgate, and they say that I am sending them a 'BYE' after 5 minutes.
Anyone know why it would be doing this?

Tawny,
A side question:
if you use sipgate.co.uk can you post the details from Incoming and outgoing details from the FreePBX Trunk page?
I cannot get incoming calls to work
Thanks

Did you change any of this at all or did you just add it in webadmin?

tawny,
just tested call duration over 5 mins and successfully placed a call for 6 mins (you owe me 9 pence ;D) using the details you posted.
I am still unable to receive incoming calls 'your call cannot be completed at this time in the country you are calling'. I tried with and without the firewall on.
If I try context = from-internal instead of from-trunk then in the call log a see a call with the source and destination being sipgate phone number. Still nothing rings, If I now turn off the firewall the cell phone (that I am calling in on) has ringing tone but no internal LMCE phone rings.

Sounds like my issue might be elsewhere then, thanks :)
If it's internal that's causing you the issue, have you got your router set up to forward the correct ports (assuming you are on a single public IP with NAT)? You need to have ports 10000-20000 forwarded to your server as well as the 5060 control port.
